The most important thing is that you and your group get the resources and support you need. That is why my sliding scale for workshops and facilitation goes down to 0. You will see suggested donations on the "facilitation", "education", "coaching", and "retreats" sections of the website.

The reason I offer everything on a sliding scale is because I want all people, regardless of class background, to be able to access my services. I believe this is the only way to do transformational work that deeply dismantles systems of oppression.

When you and your group are deciding what you'd like to pay, please keep the following things in mind: 

​

1. What is the class background of the people in your group? If your group is mostly made up of poor/working class folks, you shouldn't have to pay much. If your group is mostly made up of people who are middle class, wealthy, or owning class, please consider paying on the higher end of the sliding scale. 

If you aren't sure what your class background is, you can check out this resource on class. Figuring out your class background can be difficult. Remember, you can be of a mixed class background.

2. Does your organization/group have a budget? If so, please consider paying on the higher end of the sliding scale. Many grassroots groups have little to no money so it is helpful if groups who have regular access to money can pay more.

3. If your group and/or the individuals in your group have access to money, please consider paying over the suggested donation. When you do this you make it so that I can be supported to work with more groups for little to no money.
