What I call coaching other people call consulting. Why do I call it coaching? Honestly, because “coaching” feels less fancy and intimidating to me.

 

If your group feels stuck and/or feels like you could use an outside perspective, I can come and work through the issues and try to help your group forge a path forward.

Sometimes you don’t have an issue, but you just want an experienced person to bounce ideas off of.

 

Some ways I can help:

You are having a hard time keeping your membership engaged

You feel stuck in analysis and unsure of how to take action

Interpersonal conflict is making it hard for the group to move forward

You are unsure how decisions are made or how you deal with membership

You have a campaign idea and you are unsure how to move forward

Your group purpose feels ambivalent and hard to grasp

It doesn’t feel like you’re getting much done at meetings

You know you need more skills to be effective, although you aren’t sure what those skills are

Coaching is typically around $0-1oo per session, and ranges from 2-4 hours.
